Comments:
- the overall design has a lot of interest and energy; really creates a distinctive identity in the typography and color; strong header/animation
- overall contrast is clear and strong; the use of stroke on the type creates very graphic look and enhances contrast
- the color scheme is distinctive and consistent; good balance of interest and clarity; very good harmony of color temperature
- composition fills browser window very well and allows good space for content
- effective use of images in the header, content and background areas
- good work putting in the live text, and formatting with css styles
- project folder is complete and well organized; all items in proper places; have to make one small deduction for the main page file name, should be “index.html”
- div layout structure and corresponding css styles are complete
- page layout is extending too wide due an issue in the css code for the footer div; with width=900px and padding-left=250px, the footer occupies an overall width of 1150px; if you change the width value to “auto” then it will not extend past the contianer width of 900px
- links (a href=) are all working; references in the code match file names (including capitalization)
- image source references (img src=) are all correct; the code matches file names “folder/file” (including capitalization)
- set border attribute to zero on linked images – so the browser (firefox, ie) won’t display the default 2px blue border; on the gallery page you can see default link image borders (in firefox)
- page identification well defined in page titles and integrated in the navigation
- very cool to see the extra items that you included; flash audio player, video and lightbox gallery
- excellent effort and result
